Strawberry Mojito Sorbet
This strawberry mojito sorbet is an Easy, Refreshing Treat!
Not to worry, this sorbet is made without alcohol, unless of course you wish to add it. Our strawberry mojito sorbet is modeled after the delicious and refreshing drink. I made this to curb a major craving I was having for ice cream. Lemon sorbet is a favorite of mine, but we just picked a ton of strawberries. Use what is in season!
Is it still Clean Eating if I add alcohol?
Technically, no. Alcohol is not exactly a clean food. However, as a treat and in minimal amounts it is not going to wreck your clean eating lifestyle. If you wish to add alcohol to this sorbet I recommend using 1 shot of white wine instead of hard liquor.
What is a Strawberry Mojito?
