Shop for a Cause you Care About and if the boot fits, wear it!
Do you love to shop? I know I do! I guess that was just a silly question, as most women I know love to shop, especially when they can find the stuff they want, at great prices. Well, how about shopping for what you want, at great prices and also being able to support a cause you care about? That is just a win win in my book! And with the weather turning colder I am again on the hunt for fashionable fall/winter clothing. I love their selections and prices and causes. J.Crew, and Free People to Tory Burch and Prada and 55% of the net proceeds from the sale of every item goes back to support a charity. Each item in their store is donated by another do-gooder looking to make an impact in the world. I know for me, I love to donate my clothes rather than take the time to list them on local groups for sale.
Even though I work from home, and spend many a day in my PJ’s, that doesn’t mean I don’t like fashion. When I head to town for a day of errands, or even a night out on the town with hubby or the girls, I want to look my best. And with the colder temps here I am on the hunt for clothing and outerwear that will look great and serve the purpose of keeping me warm. Fashion Project has just what I need and want.
I like this Calvin Klein coat. It would be perfect for those chilly days, and still look nice and not like I just crawled out of the woods (which is what I usually look like.. haha). And this coat supports Dress for Success.
Now for a day to day wear I like some cozy sweaters and this one from Joie. This cozy sweater supports the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Inc.
And of course, I want some jeans to go with it, so these Marc Jacob’s pants would be perfect and the purchase supports the Dress for Success Triangle.
This is a few of my picks. What are yours ?
