The problem of the modern people is a lack of productivity in the conditions of a constant functioning capacity. The students, who are full of termpapers and want to find time for their hobbies and friends, do not have a meal three times per day. They usually eat some sweets or crisps on the run. That is why so many young people suffer from the stomach diseases and feel sluggish during the day.

Change your ration
To promote a productivity, you have to reconsider the lifestyle and eliminate all the negative factors. They make you confused and reduce efficiency. Lemon is a perfect assistant in support of a person’s mental state. Lemon juice helps to produce substances that are necessary for the functioning of the brain . It improves memory, concentration and elevates mood. Moreover, vitamin C is ideal for the stabilization of the mental state of a person.
Sugar beet and cabbage
Sugar beet and cabbage contain substances which may split the ferments. Spinach carries a lot of folic acid and minerals that stimulate brain activity.
Carrot, in combination with ginger, cumin, and sour cream may help you to improve memory. And if you add in your carrot salad some blueberries (fresh or dried), this dish will also be useful for your eyes.
