Imagine being in some degree of pain all the time Each and every day. It would be frustrating.
It is frustrating.
I know because for the past 12 years I have been living with the pain of fibromyalgia.
Living in chronic pain is difficult because it literally affects every part of my life from how I sleep to how I work. I’ve tried so many different pain relief products with limited success. It gets old after a while, trust me.
When I discovered Curamin® Stop Pain Now at Essence of Health here in Duluth, I decided to give it a try. Curamin® is different from other pain relievers in that it is a dietary supplement that doesn’t just mask occasional pain, but gets to the source and stops it.
What is even better is that in addition to receiving 28 awards and being voted #1 for pain relief, Curamin® uses an herbal formula. This means you can count on it to be safe, effective, and non-addictive.
While Curamin® has been doing some amazing things to help me with my chronic pain, there are some other things I routinely do to help control my pain.
How to Relieve Chronic Pain At A Desk Job
I sit at my desk all day which can lead to my fibromyalgia flaring up as well as sort muscles and an increase in pain. Instead of just working through the pain, I’ve found some little ways to help ease the pain in addition to taking Curamin®.
Take Breaks. This means getting up and moving around. I will frequently go outside with the dog to get some fresh air. This also includes doing some simple stretches.
Eating Healthy. Sometimes when you’re sitting at a desk all day it can be easy to overlook eating healthy in favor of whatever is quick and easy. Take time to make yourself a healthy meal — your body will thank you for it.
Stay in Tune With Your Body. It’s important to recognize what your body is telling you. This might mean stopping work in order to do short spurts of meditation or even just taking a quiet moment. It might even mean that you need to take a little break. Whatever you do, don’t just ignore it.
These tips, together with using Curamin® have helped me control my chronic pain and keep me living my life.
