What is Yoga

When to do Yoga
Many who do any kind of exercise generally like to get it out of the way first thing in the morning. Also, many find time only after work or after the kids are asleep. Yoga is one of those things that can be done basically any time of the day because there are many ways to fit in a short yoga workout, or a long one if you choose.
Doing yoga in the morning, or by noon is where I like to fit it into my day. That is because I tend to hop online first thing in the morning and catch up on emails and work and then will do a yoga session before hitting the shower and getting dressed.
Every person is different so keep in mind there is no one size fits all.
