If your family is like mine then pizza seems to be the one thing everyone loves and will eat for any meal. We always have frozen pizza’s on hand so my son has something quick to make for himself, or when he has friends over, or when we have friends over. But, those frozen pizza’s are packed full of things that are not always good for you. So, check out my healthy pizza alternative ~
My pizza’s started with these totally yummy Flat Out Flatbread wraps.
We always have these in our fridge and I use them for my tuna, or leftover chicken, or even a peanut butter wrap. They are low fat and a good source of fiber.
Flat Outs come in original, italian herb, sundried tomato and garden spinach.
You can also get flatout lights, healthy grain, mini’s and kidz.

I made one for my son and one for my husband and I. On my son’s I used the Flat Out, tomato sauce, a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and large pepperoni’s. On ours I used tomato sauce, a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese, precooked chicken breast cut up small, precooked asparagus, and black olives. I like putting the cheese under the other toppings because then the toppings get a bit crispy and not soggy when you cook it. We have a pizza oven and it cooks the pizza just perfect. Pop in the oven, or pizza oven and cook to your level of done. I forgot to take a picture of my sons pizza before he ate it, but here is a picture of ours.
There are so many variations a person can do. All depends on your food likes. We all liked our pizza’s so much that we had pizza again the next night. They are a perfect way to clean out the fridge and get rid of leftovers (that is what we did).
Tell me what you would put on your pizza.
