Being a busy girl, I find that it gets harder and harder to take time to search out products to fuel my appetite and body in a healthy way. I am a warrior, and I need my superfoods! I eat healthy, but sometimes a girl just needs a snack, one that will satisfy not only my palate but also my body, which isn’t as easy to find as one might think.
I like to grab a Health Warrior chia bar because they are a great 100 calorie snack that is made with real ingredients. If you like chia seeds, you will love these. Chia seeds help keep a person full and these bars also only have 4-5 grams of sugar. Because chia seeds absorb water, they swell up and help you stay full longer. I spend my days sitting at my desk, running around the house after a new puppy, doing laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and on top of all that, I try to find time to fit in exercise. I am not really about meal planning, and I like to keep healthy snacking options close at hand. I like to throw things in my car or purse for when I am on the go because as we all know, when we are out and about and get hungry, the first thing that pops into one’s mind is fast food: quick, easy, and rids you of hunger. But, we all also know how unhealthy that is and really, it is not fully satisfying to me because I know that I can do my body much better by planning ahead.
