Gluten Free Oatmeal Nut Butter Cookies
If you are looking for a quick, yummy, very few ingredients and Gluten Free cookie than you can stop searching and make this one. I love grabbing all my ingredients right from Amazon. Here is what I purchased and recommend for this recipe.

1 1/4 C. Nut Butter ( I used 1 Cup Almond Butter and 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter)
1/4 C. Nutella
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Gluten Free Oats
1/2 C. White Chocolate Chips (you can omit these or use whatever kind you like)
Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper (you don’t need to use parchment if you don’t want to).
Bake in oven @ 350 degrees for 10 min.
Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
