Fresh juicing has recently become a popular fad, but has been around for centuries. In a nutshell centrifugal juicers spin at a very high velocy to extract the juice, but in turn also burns essential nutrients and enzymes in the process. Cold press juicers on the other hand uses a pressing technology to squeeze the juice out of fruits and vegetables in order to preserve those essential nutrients.
