- 2 handfuls of kale
- 1 lemon
- 1 kiwi
- 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
- 1 apple
- Peel all the fruit and remove seeds.
- Put it all in the blender.
- Pour over ice and enjoy.
- If it comes out too thick for you, add a little water at a time to get the consistency you like.

- If you want a thick, creamy smoothie you can add in 1 cup of ice to the blender and blend with all the ingredients, and enjoy it that way.
