I never knew this and was so shocked to find it out. I love my Bikram Balance Berry Vitality Drink. I have it every day and feel great when I drink it. I generally fill a shaker bottle full of ice, water and a scoop of the powder. I drink it thru the day and keep adding water and ice to my bottle as needed. However, I am not fond of the original flavor. It is a spearmint flavor and I am not into spearmint flavored drinks. But, am thinking that this summer it might be good mixed with my ice tea. See.. I am creative.. haha
