The program , created by Autumn Calabrese, is a health and wellness system that helps you to learn how to eat less and get fit. The focus of the program is not necessarily to diet, but to control portions. The system includes food storage containers that are color coded and sized differently depending on what food group they are for.
Example: both the fruit and vegetable containers hold 1 cup of food, carbs & starches 1/2 cup.
So basically, the moto is if you can fit it in the container you can eat it. There is of course a list of 21 Day Fix Approved Foods that you can follow as well. Just give a quick Google search and then go to images, you will find a ton of free printable food lists to use.
