Stressful job, long work days, to many things on your to do list? Sometimes one just wants to go and hide from life, but we all know that just isn’t really possible. But, there is one thing that can for sure help you with your stress, and give you peace of mind, body and soul. That thing is Yoga. Yoga is so relaxing, and so good for you. It not only helps you lengthen, tone and tighten your muscles, but it is relaxing and helps clear your stress away. But, before you throw yourself down on the floor and start doing yoga, make sure you get the best yoga mat you can find, and that would be one from Aurorae Yoga. I love my new yoga mat, and have even started doing more yoga because of it. This really helps me sleep at night.
For me, yoga is a huge stress reliever. My body hurts so bad due to my Fibro, and I carry so much stress in my neck, shoulders and back that doing yoga really helps to ease my pain. Doing yoga before bed helps me to clear my mind and relax. The last pose I do is the corpse pose and there are times I almost fall asleep on my yoga mat because I am so relaxed.

Here I am doing a stretching pose, but no idea if it is a yoga pose or not, but it helps
stretch my back and chest as well as strengthen my abs.
I am not a yoga guru, and not sure of all the poses, or names of them. I know I love the few video’s I have, and the book of poses. Mostly, I just enjoy doing what feels good and relaxes me.

I am always saying I want to try yoga. I could definitely improve upon my flexibility. It’s not something I naturally have!
