It is quite incredible how our smartphones have become a necessity to many people, and the iPhone is the most successful modern invention of our times. Nothing has ever been so portable as device which provides a whole selection of applications in order to make our busy lives easier.
We have come to rely on our smartphones for so much, tailor making them to suit our needs. Browsing, shopping and paying for good and services is now an everyday occurrence using our mobile devices, but we use them for much more than that.
Many use their smartphones for entertainment from watching movies to playing on their favorite game at one of the many, online casinos and it a simple process to play a game of poker or Swanky Bingo online slots. Today you can use the same password and payment option that you would use when on your desk or laptop. Many games have made the transition to the smaller screen perfectly, consequently using mobiles has become one of the popular ways that people place a bet or enjoy a wager.
Not only has the smartphone become one the most popular mobile devices because of its usefulness, it is also one of the most favorite fashion accessories of many people.
Of course the designers soon took interest and many tried to cash in on the lucrative iPhone market. What people wanted was something that would look good but also protect their phones from damage and most covers cost around the 20 to 35 mark which was pretty reasonable for something that ticked both boxes.
There is however always that opportunity to splash out and Louis Vuitton is all too happy to lighten that wallet. We now call buying a cover for our iPhones ‘dressing’ them and if you like the thought of wrapping your smartphone up in something that costs quite a bit more than the actual phone then Louis Vuitton has it.
Recently the fashion house launched four new ‘Eye Trunk’ cases for the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus. Many know that Louis Vuitton origins was in travel luggage and these cases are a tribute to those origins.
Now the most expensive of these is a whopping $5,500 (which is a ‘golden crocodile leather’ design.) I suppose if you can afford that sort of cash for a case then you won’t worry too much about it, but personally I think I would probably buy a case to protect the case.
If you happen not to have that type of cash lying about but you like the look of the case there is a more reasonably priced Monogram design case. Coming in at a mere $1.200, you can also purchase the Monogram Reverse and the Monogram Eclipse cases which have the same price tag attached.
Described as the ‘ultimate fashion accessory of the season‘ they are therefore going to be rated ‘more than a protective cover.’ Or so we are led to believe!
