I also got a couple packages of Algascrub and wasn’t to sure at first because it doesn’t smell very good. But.. OH MY.. it was like a spa treatment. The scrub was perfect and the after effects lasted for 2 days, till I showered again. (yeah.. 2 days is normal! LOL)

Being a health food girl and always on the look for something new, exciting, fun to eat and the most important.. great tasting, I was so excited when I learned about this company. Element Bars ~ Custom Whole Food Bars
This company is amazing, and the bars are the best I have tried.. and believe me I have tried many many bars.
What is awesome is that you don’t have to order a bar with stuff in it you won’t like, and suffer thru eating it just because
you know it’s good for you. NOPE ~ You can customize your OWN bar. You pick the ingredients, and they
create your bar just for you.
Choose from a classic or endurance bar, then you pick your core, add in nuts, fruit, sweets, & boost. TaDa.. you get a bar or bars (I suggest bars ~ hehe), just the way you want it. Nothing in it you didn’t want.
I made a great mix and called it Girl Power.
My bar consists of ~ Chewy Core (almond butter), Cranberries, Flax Seed, &Whey Protein.
It is a perfect mix because it isn’t overly sweet and is nice and chewy. The only thing I would do different is not add
in the flax seed, it gets stuck in my teeth. Next one I will not have flax seed and just add omega 3, and maybe peanuts and cinnamon.
If you don’t want a mix of your own they have some great custom mixes already created.
While you are creating your bar it shows you the ingredients, calories, carbs, protein, etc on the side bar so if you add something that you think ads to many calories or something to your bar, you have the option to adjust and such until you have exactly what you want.
