Summertime fun with Arbor Mist Frozen Cocktails

What a better way to spend an afternoon with friends and family, by the lake, in the sun and enjoying a fun, refreshing frozen wine cocktail.

This was a great weekend and one that will leave lasting memories. We enjoyed our weekend first, on the lake with some great friends on their boat. I have never slept on a boat on the lake before even though I live on a lake. Our friends own a nice boat that sleeps 4 and they invited us up for the night to enjoy it with them. So, I figured what better way to enjoy my new frozen wine cocktails than with friends. After trying all three flavors I have to say I like the Blackberry Merlot the best, while my friend liked the White Pear Pinot Grigio. We both liked the Strawberry White Zinfandel but not as much as the other two. The strawberry seemed a bit to sweet and tasted the most like wine. I only say that because neither of us are big into wine and so with the strawberry one tasting the most like wine it became our least favorite.

Sunday rolled around and we invited our friends back to enjoy the day at our home on the lake. We took what was left of the frozen wine cocktail and mixed it with some sprite zero to weaken it some and give it a bit of fizz. Now, I wish we had done that in the first place because it make it easier to drink and much better. Even though these are slushy, they are still a bit challenging to drink. Mixing them with another liquid really helped.

But, these are perfect to keep on hand because all you do is freeze, squeeze and enjoy. Enjoy alone, or with friends and family.
