Now that it’s spring time, it’s time to get out and about with some fun spring activities! Or as I like to say, Spring Back to Nature! One of my favorite things to so in the spring/ summer time is hiking, is a way it’s like a family activity since we all enjoy it! One of my favorites to bring with me on my hikes is the Gluten free Vanilla Almond Agave Granola, with the ingredients of Whole Grain Rolled Oats, Cane Sugar, Agave Syrup, Brown Rice Syrup, Rice Crisp (Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour), Almonds, Safflower Oil, Oat Fiber, Chicory Root Fiber, Vanilla Extract, Mix Tocopherols (for Freshness; Contains: Almonds.) It’s great for keeping me energized through out my whole hike! Another one I enjoy myself is the Adirondack Mountain Mix, with the ingredients of peanuts, raisins, milk chocolate candies (milk chocolate[ dried cane syrup, coco butter chocolate liquid, whole milk powder,soy lecithin, vanilla] dried cane syrup, color [beta caritene, termeric oleoreisn, beet juice] gum Arabic, confectioner’s glaze), almonds, cashews, sea salt(contains peanuts, milk, soy, almonds, cashews.)
