Rest Your Head on a #TempurPedic Pillow

A good night’s sleep starts with not only a good bed, but a good pillow to support your head and neck while you sleep.  My husband and I not only struggle with  a very uncomfortable bed, but can’t seem to find pillows that work for us.   We got the chance to try a couple Tempur-Pedic pillows of our choice and we were excited to see if that would help our pain somewhat in the morning.

I ordered up the Traditional X-Soft Pillow and hubby got the Tempur Pillow Cloud.   Well, I have been using a H2O pillow for about 4 years now and it seems to be good, and bad.  A lot depends on how much I toss and turn.   The last few months I was thinking it wasn’t helping.  Well, it must be because I tried to sleep on my new pillow for 5 nights.. and oh the pain.  Not good!  The pillow I got just didn’t have enough give in it and my neck and head hurt so bad.   I am not saying it is a bad pillow, just bad for me.

Hubby’s pillow is supposed to be soft, but is still to hard for him.  He sleeps on his tummy/face, and we picked out one that was supposed to be for tummy sleepers.  But, it is to thick, and has no give to it.   So, he took over my new pillow and likes that one instead.  Guess my son gets hubby’s pillow.   I did read thru many reviews on their site when we were picking out pillows and thought I had found the right ones for us.   I did see many say that the pillows don’t work as they are supposed to unless you have a Tempur-Pedic bed.  So, that could be our problem ??  Not sure.

We have a very uncomfortable bed!  And, hubby being a face/tummy sleeper and me dealing with Fibro we just can’t ever get comfy.  We went to buy a good quality bed a few years back and got talked into the one we have because it was a returned mattress and we got a good deal.   Well, I wish we had sprung for the quality bed because for 5 years now we have been suffering.  Actually longer than that because we have never had a good quality bed.

What we wouldn’t give to have a good night sleep!   Some day maybe someone will let Living Smart Girl (and her hubby) do a full bed review.  For now, I guess all we can do is suffer in pain every day.
