50 Jumping Jacks
50 Right Leg Lunges ~ with sandbag or weights
50 Jumping Jacks
50 Squats ~ with sandbag or weights
50 Jumping Jacks
50 Left Leg Lunges ~ with sandbag of weights
50 Jumping Jacks
50 Squats ~ with sandbag or weights
25 Ab Crunches
25 V-Ab Crunches to the right
25 V-Ab Crunches to the left
25 Bicycle Ab Crunches
25 Ab Crunches
25 V-Ab Crunches to the right
25 V-Ab Crunches to the left
25 Bicycle Ab Crunches
