Hoopnotica ~ Who said Hooping is only for Kids?

Do you remember when you were a kid spending hours trying to learn how to hula hoop?  Or just spending hours playing with your hoop?  I know I was in love with mine.  My Mom got my sister and I each a pink hoop that smelled like peppermint.  Well, the Easter Bunny did I guess.. LOL! Anyhow, we loved them and funny enough a couple years ago my niece was playing with my old hoop.  And, it still smelled like peppermint.

Well, times have changed, but not a whole lot.  Hooping is now a huge hit all over and people are using it for exercise.   Why? Hoopnotica is fun and I love it!!  I actually can hoop in my bedroom.  Not do tricks and such, but just hoop.  That is great for me since I am in Minnesota and can’t hoop outside most of the year.  But, once the weather is nice you can find me in my yard hooping.  I might look funny, but I am loving it and getting in shape at the same time.
