Healthy Snacks to Help Stay On Track in 2014
I know how hard it can be to take on a new way of eating. Regardless of your reason for changing how you eat or what you eat, there are always challenges that you face. Things like, giving up your favorite foods, trying to figure out what to snack on or bring with to events so you have things you can eat. Just because you change you way of eating doesn’t mean others do or care that you did. I know for me, I bring my own healthy sweet treats, or healthy snacks to just about every place I go.
I love sweets, but they don’t love me. So, in my collection of healthy snacks I have a few sweets that are a must for anyone with a sweet tooth. The Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding is my latest creation and a must try for anyone who likes pudding but can’t eat it. Tell me what your favorite recipe is from my collection.
