I know it’s not Monday, but I just like how the words “Meatless Monday” roll off the tongue .. LOL! There is a Monday in every week and regardless of if you like that fact or not, it is there. So, let’s make the most out of the beginning of our week by whipping up some great meatless meals. Now, don’t freak out and run away… you can enjoy meals with no meat and honestly you won’t even realize you are going meatless.
Things like pasta, veggie pilaf, meatless soups, meatless pizza’s, salads, and even good old PB&J with fresh veggies on the side. All good choices and things to surely fill you up and replace a meal with meat. You can even go meatless on days other than Monday, just let you imagination guide you.
