I love the flavor, and love that it is doing my body good by adding a source of iron & zinc, 5.8 g of omega 3 per serving, low glycemic index (GI) for weight management and 8 g of dietary fiber.
I also got the Ground Flax, Sunflower, Pumpkin, & Sesame Seed & Goji Berries blend. This is a perfect blend to add in oatmeal, which I do when I eat my oatmeal. Since I generally have a shake for breakfast, I find myself having oatmeal as my lunch or mid day snack. This adds vitamin B12, 3.4 g of omega 3 per serving, 8% daily value of zinc & iron per serving, low glycemic index (GI) for weight management and 6 g of dietary fiber per serving. I eat plain oatmeal and this adds a bit of flavor and super food goodness.
But, my favorite is the Shelled Organic Hemp. I am so sold on this and will not be without it. I add this to my salad to add 9 g of protein per serving. 2.4 g of omega 3, 8.6 g of omega 6 & 1.7 g of omega 9 per serving. I even had to instagram this one.
