Hey Everyone.. are you still with Me???
Here is the deal ~ We will call this the 20-40-60-80 Challenge.
Every day you must do 20 Pushups ~ 40 Crunches ~ 60 Squats ~ 80 Jumping Jacks.
You can do them all together, or spread them out in the day.. but must do them all!!
I will post my update daily/weekly, and if you are in then come and give me your update by leaving a comment every day you do it
And, to make this even more fun I will be giving one of you a one year subscription to Fitness Magazine
