Here is the deal ~ We will call this the 20-40-60-80 Challenge.

Every day you must do 20 Pushups ~ 40 Crunches ~ 60 Squats ~ 80 Jumping Jacks.
You can do them all together, or spread them out in the day.. but must do them all!!

I will post my update daily/weekly, and if you are in then come and give me your update by leaving a comment every day you do it :)

WEEKEND CHALLENGE
Get Your ~ ” Baby Got Back ” ~ Back 
It is never to late to get that nice ass back.. or to get a nice ass period!!  
I do alot of surfing and came across someone doing a butt challenge.. so thought.. HMMMM…  I wanna try that :)    So, here is the challenge ~
SQUATS ~ 300 per day *
You can do squats many different ways but just do them!!   300 squats each day.  Preferably all at one time but if you do need to do them in a few separate intervals try to be reasonable. LOL!  Not 5 now, 5 later, etc.  Split them in half or in 3 intervals :)

Post here and let me know how you are doing.  Squats are not only good for your legs, but for your abs, hips, butt, and back.  And, if you incorporate light weight dumbbells in each hand you can build upper muscle (arms, shoulders, upper back) as well.  Like This ~ Click here
