Be Kind To Your Body While You Exercise

I hear it time after time from people.  Oh my aching back, oh my sore feet, oh my bad knees, etc.
There are many things on us that ache and that is why we need to take care of ourself and exercise.  But, if we are at a gym, or exercising at home and we don’t have the proper floor covering we might be making our aches and pains worse.  If you go to a gym to workout it is most likely that they have the proper gym flooring.  However, if you workout at home you need the perfect flooring for a home gymAnd, you don’t want to buy just any flooring, you want the best.  What you need is Anti-Fatigue Mats.   You want to make sure you have the proper thickness depending on how you will be using it.  Be kind to your body and it will be kind to you.  No more jumping on a hard floor, laying on it to do crunches, or having exercise equipment sliding around the room.  Get your floor covered, with new mats.

  3. I just hurt my ankle working out at home! I really should get some mats–the hardwood floor isn’t the best surface for working out.

  4. I would love to have flooring like that in our basement!

  5. I think a good fitness mat is really important!

  6. Those look like what we need around here

  7. Sounds really great. Wish I had an at home gym! All I have is a yoga mat and dumb bells here!

  8. So true, I hate exercising in our basement because of the concrete under the carpet!

  12. Thanks for sharing this. I used to think, no pain no gain… it’s time to change that to protect my body!

  13. I’m okay on my carpet for now.

  14. I never took the flooring into consideration. That explains a lot.

  15. That makes a lot of sense if you have a dedicated space for exercising. It would make a big difference!

  16. We have one in our kitchen that I can’t live without!

  17. We don’t have any exercise mats and I can feel it when I do things where I have to lay down!

  22. I am one of those people that ALWAYS gets seriously hurt while exercising. It seems like for every 6 weeks of gym membership, I spend an additional 12 recovering from something. You would not believe the list of machines my doctor has forbidden me to use. It’s ridiculous. I stick to walking and water, now. I’m signing up for yoga soon, and I can’t wait!

  23. Gym Flooring says:

Hi Sheila hope you doing great. Thanks for the post. I remember when I start the gym I was really curious to making my muscles. But I faced really bad pain and negative change. I agree with your words.

  24. EVL Nutrition ENGN says:

Exercise enhances blood flow to the brain, possibly reducing risk of stroke. It also improves reasoning and memory.Regular exercise arouses the brain and slows down degeneration of the central nervous system, which leads to slower reaction times and poorer coordination.
