You have all heard the saying, or even said it once or twice yourself ~
A Moment on the Lips a Lifetime on the Hips ?

Yup.. the dreaded Muffin TOP!  Seems to be the one part of the body that I struggle with the most.  I can define my arms, legs, shoulders, chest, back.. but not the damn middle (abs).   My upper abs get some definition but my lower…well I do think they hate me!

Did you know that you muffin top can happen very quickly.  Meaning, it can be built in a day.  Just because Rome wasn’t built in a day doesn’t mean your muffin top isn’t!

On average people can add up to 3 teaspoons of belly fat within four hours after eating a high-fat meal.  The fatty tissue makes a temporary home around the waist before being stored elsewhere.  So, get up off your butt and workout before that fat finds a forever home!

  4. I found that Chalene’s workouts help me trim the middle quickly. Love Turbo Jam and am looking forward to ChaLEAN extreme and Turbo Fire in the future.

    As for diet, a little indulgence here and there isn’t so bad. But, making it a habit definitely plunks it on your body.

  13. I need to remember that about the muffin top and start only taking one bite of desserts just to get the flavor and then passing on the rest. Definitely not worth the muffin top.
