    • Me too!! I love having one for breakfast and lunch. You can cram lots into a smoothie and make it so healthy, but taste so yummy you forget it’s healthy.

    • Me too. I drank a smoothie every single morning for about 2 years. Now, with my IBS I try to eat more fiber in the morning, but have a smoothie for lunch most days 🙂
