And since I have trouble sleeping I found the New Mood a huge help.   I don’t know if it helped me drift off to sleep faster, but it seemed to help me sleep harder.  With my fibro I find sleep hard for the most part.  I can usually sleep but it isn’t always very deep.  So, this was a help in that department.
